JORD Overview
Judy Organization for Relief and Development (JORD) is a national, humanitarian, independent, and non-profit organization established in 2012, operating in the Kurdistan region of Iraq and North-East Syria, and working in humanitarian relief sector, development, education, livelihood, child protection, and Syrian missing persons.
Annual Report Design
This project involved the design of an annual report for a long-standing client, requiring a deep-seated understanding of their established brand identity. The primary objective was to produce a document that adhered strictly to corporate guidelines while presenting complex data in a clear, “unfussy” format. By focusing on a minimalist design approach and a structured grid system, the final report ensures the content remains the priority, reinforcing the company’s reliability and professional market presence.
The technical execution was managed using Adobe InDesign to handle the intricate layout and typography, ensuring a seamless flow across every page. To create a strong first impression, I utilized Photoshop to develop a bespoke, high-impact cover that aligns perfectly with the brand’s aesthetic. By balancing these sophisticated tools with a clean aesthetic, the final publication delivers a professional and engaging reading experience that remains meticulously on-brand.
